Ana has already rejected a wedding proposal, can you believe it? Did we pique your interest? Get to know Ana Hernández, SEM Product Manager at Trovit a little bit more!
How long have you been at Trovit? Almost 2 years. April 22th will be my “Trovit-birthday”. It’s actually the same day Trovit moved to the new office.
What and where did you study? I studied Management and Business Administration at ESADE.
What are you doing at Trovit? I am the SEM Product Manager. I manage our advertising on search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo. I also manage the landings where we send the traffic we buy, to optimise them and improve their performance.
What were you doing before you got to Trovit? I was working at a touristic company as a SEM and Affiliate Marketing Executive.
What do you do on your breaks? I go to the kitchen, have a coffee with my co-workers, I check out the videogame room… the important thing is to spend time with my co-workers.
What are your hobbies? In the winter I love to ski and in summer I like to spend my time on the beach. I also enjoy traveling.
Which place would you like to visit? I’ve never been to South America, and I’d like to visit places like Brazil and Argentina.
A memorable day at Trovit? The ski trips are always memorable. (laughs)
Favourite food? Fuet! It’s a typical sausage from Catalonia.
What kind of music do you listen to? I like pop music and Spanish pop/rock. But I also enjoy electro latino.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? A princess, I guess… (laughs)
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Still in the Online Marketing area. I just hope to be happy with what I do.
Something that you couldn’t live without? The sun!
Favourite movie? My favourite movie would be a typical chick flick. I just love The Proposal, starring Sandra Bullock (laughs).
Tell us three interesting things about you:
- When I was a child I had blond hair. Completely out of the blue, my hair started to grow brown. I looked very pretty with my hair half blond and half brown. (laughs)
- When I was in Egypt I got a marriage proposal. In return, they offered a bunch of camels. That’s why I didn’t take the proposal very seriously. (laughs)
- I screw up a lot.
